Who is responsible
2 Smart Girls is the responsible party for personal information collected through the Hospitality Growth Score assessment.
What we collect
We collect the business, website and public-profile information you submit, your assessment answers, name, business email address, cell number, consent choices, score and report. We do not intentionally request special personal information.
Why we use it
We use the information to perform the assessment you requested, email your report, secure and improve the service, respond to your enquiry and follow up about the report. Marketing messages are sent only where you make the separate optional choice.
Service providers and location
The application uses Vercel for hosting and private record storage and, once enabled, Resend for transactional email. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We limit access to the service providers required to operate the assessment and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
Retention and security
Assessment records are retained only while needed for the stated purpose, legitimate business records and applicable legal duties. Contact information is stored in private server-side storage and is excluded from public report responses. Access to operational records is restricted to authorised 2 Smart Girls personnel.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
To request deletion of your data: email privacy@2smartgirls.co.za with your name and the email address you used for the assessment. We will verify your identity and confirm once your record has been deleted, usually within 14 days.

This notice describes the current assessment service. It should be reviewed by the appointed Information Officer and South African legal counsel before material changes to processing or marketing workflows.
